Got sent a Ratman 'photo'.

Some guy sent me this via e-mail. Apparently of the famous Ratman of Southend. No explaination, no response to my e-mails asking about the validity of this thing. I'm calling hoax on this one. The Ratman stands out too much and I was always under the impression that ol' Ratty was a ghost. Not a literal rat/man mutant. Still, it's a good try and gave me a chuckle or two.
